Australian Bilby

Price: QTY:            The Bilby is an Australian native mammal found in the drier regions of Australia.  Bilbies have long rabbit-like ears and are covered with soft bluish-grey fur.  They are now an endangered species and there are only approx. 600 left in the wild.  Designed in Canberra, Australia and manufactured from treated and processed natural palm fibres, using special scissors and much love and care.    Each animal can be bent and posed into shape to create its own quirkiness and lifelikeness, and can be groomed with a small brush to remove stray fibres or dust if required.  As each animal is handcrafted it has its own uniqueness, and no two pieces are ever the same.  Size:  180mm high x 260mm long x 80mm wide.
